Paid work only begins after you approve a quote. If a task turns out to be different from what was described, we'll pause and re-quote rather than continue.

Documentation such as photos, video, receipts or written notes is provided where it is practical and appropriate for the task.

Some requests may be declined — for example anything unsafe, unlawful, or outside our service area.
